Although my new Marauder project (engine, exhaust, transmission, supercharger and brakes) has just begun, I am grateful for the advice shared. It really helps hearing from others who have lived the same or similar project before me.

If one listens, experience is a great teacher. Thanks guys.:)

Any idea as to how much boost you'll be pushing? What fuel mods are you making?

I do not know. KC, owner of BRG Racing, is in charge of those issues. He has done all levels of modifications to many Marauders. With his prior race experience and engine build background, I trust his judgement.

I do know KC will deliver at least two tune maps: one for CA smog testing and one for Go Fast. As for fuel mods, the Vortech supercharger system comes with a high flow fuel pump and software for tuning.

It's a 4.6L punched out to a 5.0. It's NOT a 5.0! BIG DIFFERENCE...

Do you have any clue what your building?

I gather he is not building a 1000 hp car. It seems the 5.0 stroker should be fine for what he is doing. As for the Vortech kit, I have no idea. Nice blower though.
