I think a bearing went bad

I have a 1967 Galaxie 500 convertible with a 428 stroker motor. I was driving from my kids school last Saturday when i lost oil pressure and the car cut off. When it started back up i heard a rattling only under load At about 3000 rpms. If the motor is toast. I would like to build a 557 385 series. I would like to get 600 hp and 600 feet of torque at the wheel. What do i need? Starting with a short block from chp. I am trying to upload pics off my phone but I cant figure it out. Find a good engine builder near you and let him build it.
