I drive my 03 to work everyday, live in Florida. This summer I would like to cover the car in the parking lot. Anyone have any good suggestions on a decent on and off cover ?

I believe NOAH covers are the best.

Most usa made covers are manufactured by a company called Covercraft. for example California Car covers are made by covercraft. Covercraft sells direct but charges more as their distribution model is to use dealers like California car cover.
IMH the best fabric is Weathershield HP. I have not used the HP version as it is relatively new but the household vehicles have Weathershield covers of various vintages. This cover is pretty tough and takes up the minimum amount of space. It is not a "bump" cover as it is thin but has excellent weather/sun protection.
Now when the dealers sell their covers they do not say "covercraft" they are branded with the dealers name. The dealers use their own made up names for the most fabrics, but not all. For example, Noah must insist that their name be used. On the Claifornia car Cover Website the Weathershield HP is listed as Superweave Premium. When you read the descriptions and specifications you can tell they are the same. In the past, if you ordered the Superweave form California Car Cover it came marked as California Car Cover but there was a small sewn in tag on the "A" Pillar marked Weathershield. This is what led me to find this out.
I am not saying buy from CCC or Covercraft as there is a dealer network to chose from. IIRC there is a dealer page on the covercraft site. Made in USA and good quality.
I have not tried the NOAH fabric which is also highly rated but the minimum trunk space and the ability to wash the cover at home swayed made my original choice away from NOAH. You would probably be happy with either quality product.

One only. In Florida you need Sunbrella.
I have had many covers, in Fl Sunbrella is the best. When I was DDing my black Mark 8 I could pop the cover off at 5 in the afternoon in August Fl Keys heat and the car wouldn't be hot, not even the paint.
Plus it is softer than the others, I had a NOAH cover mar the finish on my MM when I first got it. I bought based on suggestions here and online searching, used it one time and returned it. 6 years later my Sunbrella cover looks like new, so does my paint.

If sun is your main concern, maybe sunbrella is a better choice. It has the best uv resistance. The covercraft sights have fabric comparison charts where you can decide on tradeoffs. The sunbrella fabric on my boat is still good after 10 seasons.
