TCE 15" AERO 6 piston BIG brake kit!!!!!!!

I had Todd of TCE Brakes build me a custom 15" Big brake kit using the new Aero 6 piston calipers , to say the least this kit is MASSIVE! the Aero 6 calipers are 11.25" long , the drilled and slotted rotors are 15" in diameter , and 1.25" thick , this kit will not fit a stock Marauder wheel , i built it around my 20" wheels and it fits inside the 20" like a glove!

I haven't finished the install as my stomach had other plans! somebody pass the TUMS!:depress:

Here are a couple of pics , ill post more upon completion , and my overall opinion of the kit , which looks like fine jewelry!:eek:

The rotors came in large pizza boxes!

Todd even coated the rotors so i don't have to worry about rust on the rotors where the brake pads will not contact.

Yeah that was a problem as it was pushing thru the oem brakes as if i wasn't standing on the brakes with no results!:eek:

I've got one too (with 14" X 1.25" rotors and Aero6 calipers), just can't install it for a couple more weeks. We'll see who gets to the pad bedding first.

Guilty as charged! i think the bigger and thicker rotors will help out , i also wanted the biggest kit i could fit in the wheel. Hopefully ill have time tomorrow to get everything installed , and bleed the brakes.

Got everything installed , and test fitted with an extra wheel , talk about the skin of your teeth i have 1/8" clearance from the caliper to the spoke! i have to replace some wheel studs , and bleed the brakes then break em in.

Just getting some miles on the kit , car stops instantly! nice solid pedal ,this kit has surpassed my expectations , and is just an excellent kit , very happy with it.
