4r70w stock tranny pan dimensions

i was wondering if any one knew how deep a stock 2003 MM 4r70w tranny pan is??

i want to put on ether a TCI 2 extra QT pan which is 4 inches deep or

i want to put on B&M , 3 extra Qt pan which is 4 1/2 inches deep...

i was wondering how deep stock pan is compared to these 2 choices , ,

i am thinking it should be ok with ether pan ,with the MM , 18 inch wheels , and i have stock tires , which are tall too!!

i was wondering if any one has experince with extra qt tranny pans and driving around clearence problems ???

If you look at the stock pan there is a spot in the center that is about 2" lower than the rest of the pan. You will be fine with either pan. My car is LOW and I will be installing to the B&M pan sooner or later to match my diff cover.

thanks ,i live in a very hilly town and bluffs ,every place has like a drive up , u have to get up onto to pull into any bussines ,or parking lot
these are good places to scrape low hanging parts

I've been all around the area you live.... you have nothing to worry about compared to PA lol

I have a deeper pan and 18" wheels...... never had a clearance problem.
