I have been looking for info/write up on timing replacement for about an hour now and every one seems to mention that there is tons of info on it but I cant find it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks a lot.

Also do I need a cam holding tool to change chains?

Any thing I can do to get some hp while Im in there.

what makes you feel they need replaced? The chains rarely go bad..at most the guides sometimes can be replaced

This is a nice little addition that comes with when you purchase the Ford Racing complete kit from Jegs. I was impressed that it even came with new bolts!
