Vegas prelim headcount poll

I think we had a lot of people express interest in attending a Vegas meet. Regardless if Vegas is selected as the site of MV2015, I wanted to get a preliminary headcount to help supplement locations, events, etc with the proposal effort

This is not a poll to set anything in stone at this point, and I realize it's hard to make a decision without further information (and I promise, details are coming soon), but if you know right now that it's a yea or no, please post up

There will definitely be an event in Vegas this year (September 16-20) no question about that... It's just whether it's selected as the site for Marauderville, or if it's a simple west coast regional meet up. Regardless, it's been a long time coming for the West Coast guys to get together. What better central location than Vegas? It's a prime hotspot and tourist destination and most airport hubs around the US provide daily, cheap flights. I know driving may be out of the question for some, but a quick flight out and can still enjoy the sights and sounds and camaruaderie

Don't forget my " Buddy-up" plan, to pick fellow MM.NET members who fly in UP AT THE AIRPORT in a Marauder!!! And wingman them through the weekend.

quick bump with amended dates. My apologies for any inconvenience but the dates for this meet have changed. We are pushing it up one week (Sept 16-20) to take advantage of some really exciting events. Stay tuned!

Great, can't wait to see the Hummer.
If I can make it, I will be attending in my 04 LX Sport unless I get a Marauder between now and then. I love my Hummer but it is not a road trip vehicle. I work graveyard shifts so I would most likely be driving about 280 miles right after working a 12 hour shift. I would rather do that drive in the comfort of my car than my Hummer. cruising at 75MPH for a four hour road trip versus putting along at 55MPH for a six hour road trip.

Never owned one before. Driven a few. fairly close to the LX Sport I have but with some key differences. unfortunately I've missed out on some great deals in the past

The poll closed on Saturday morning. It was just to give us a preliminary headcount to use in our proposal

However great to hear you and Linda are in! We will get details out soon and then we'll need to talk caravan from Washington to Nevada
