Was trying to confirm if this was the correct product fit for all the owners with the chin spoiler on their vehicles?

All you need is an 03-04 Mach 1 chin spoiler. You will have to drill holes in the bumper to attach it.

Yes, that is the correct one.

I'd suggest 1/4 plastic push rivets to secure it.

Mark the center of the bumper and spoiler with painters tape, center the spoiler, use more tape to hold it in place, drill holes and install the push rivets.

Some used double sided tape in addition to the push rivets.
