Knocking noise in suspension

Whenever I turn the steering wheel there a thump or knocking noise
I've change the struts and coil springs and upper and lower ball joints on both sides only when I drive and turn the wheel and sometime when I hit a bump

Check the body mounts.

Check the sway bar bushings and end links.

Check the steering rack.
