Hi everyone here

I have new project for my marauder

I will install eaton swap on it with high psi of boost so I'm planning to build the engine form 4.6 up to 5.3

yesterday I bought kellogg crankshaft 3.800 I will need 5.85 manley connecting rod with it so what is the problem right now

I don't have knowledge to choice piston, piston ring, other thing

bearing,mains etc...

need it to be 9.5 compression 5.3 litter stroker and handle more than 750 hp
with 17 psi if I would like to get bigger blower.

need someone who already build stroker to come and advice me with parts number.

IMHO... you'd probably be better off buying an already "stroked" short or long block.

No, I won't waste time. That'll take long time to shipped to my home

You can't stroke the MM 4.6 block to get 5.3L. You'll need either Boss 5.0 iron block or a Mark 8 Teksid aluminum block, 5.3 will require the engine be bored out and stroked. You can stroke the stock MM 4.6 to 4.75 (289ci) or 5.0 (302ci) but that's its limit.

I dont think you can bore any 4.6 to allow a 5.3 with stroke. You could wet sleeve any alloy block, but not bore.

Besides wet sleeve the only other reasonable option is the FRPP 5.0 BOSS block.

Shipping a shortblock is going to take more time than aquiring every single peice seperately and then having a compentent engine builder choose and fit rings..?

Pretty sure shipping the shortblock will be faster than building it yourself - and it will almost certianly be of higher quality.

Why 5.3? 5.0 would be much more practical and (assuming a big blower) you could get 750 at the crank with stock bore and 750 rwhp with higher boost.

ok, so we'll to it

so I need someone give me part number for piston

.20 and 9.5 compression and piston rin.
main etc

Your wasting your money a 281 cubic inch forged 4.6L is all you need.

I realize this is not what you wanted to hear, but the guys here are giving you some very good advice.
1) you don't need a stroker to reach your power goals.
2) If you really want to stroke your stock block go for 5.0, not more
3) If you are dead set on 5.3, buying one would be faster and better, unless you know what you are doing.
4) If you are dead set on building it, then consider starting with a Boss 5.0

Last, you may want to PM RR|Suki. He can probably give you some tips.

OK I'll do it 5.0

with that cranckshaft does anyone know what is the part number for piston?

Don't know if this helps, but here is a quote from another site.

I am building the same stroker soon with John at MP performance. I have the 3.8 crank and just bought 5.85 rods and spoke to John and he said with the correct piston it would work fine.

this is what he told me
3.80" stroke
5.850" rod length
piston cd of 1.185"
.012 in the hole
9 cc dish with intake notches = 9.8 to 1

http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/showthread.php?657643-3-800-stroker-crank

The 3.8 stroke is a bit uncommon for a reason. See this link. http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/showthread.php?817779-01-Cobra-stroker-motor-problems.

Now that you've decided to go to a 5.0, have you considered buying a kit with a 3.75 stroke and selling or returning your 3.8 crank?

Agreed. But, maybe he wants to do the work himself.

Time is why I bought my short block with all the internal parts selected. the labor rate to build from scratch would have been far more. But I live in the silly state (CA).
