manifold down pipe leak

My passenger side manifold leaks at the ball cup connection. I have cleaned it multiple times. Used ceramic exhaust sealer and this fixes it but only for a few month's. I then wire brush it clean redo the zeal and a month or two later it comes back. It ticks under a load. Any ideas or advice

Positive it's not cracked? I've yet to see one leak.

this is on a 2004 2V GM
