My radiator is damaged. A little bent out of shape and leaking. I'm looking for a local shop to repair it, but thought I would ask if anyone knows where a new one can be purchased. I have googled, Amazonia, craigslisted the part number but found nothing. The emails to trilogy motorsports go unanswered.
I believe this radiator si completely hidden once installed, right? So if I can get it repaired I should be ok, right?

2R3Z-8K226-AA Googling the part number has lots of hits.

Or use this opportunity to upgrade to something better...

No, visable from front.
If in good shape & a quality repair = no problem. As long as they don't repair via cutting out or blocking any tubes! Not the same as a regular radiator. No tubes to spare...

OK, so what are the benefits? I'm assuming more cooling capacity. But why do I need that (besides the fact that mine is leaking)?
Will it fit easily or would I need to fabricate mounting brackets?
My first choice is to repair what I have.

SORRY FOR TITLING THIS THREAD WITH THE WORD INTERCOOLER.You didn't, you said "radiator". When I moved the thread I re-titled it with "intercooler", but that was also wrong...we both should have said "heat exchanger". ;)

Radiator shop is telling me they can weld repair the damaged rad. Once I get this back I think the only obstacle between me and installation is the amount of snow blocking the garage door.

I'm planning to install it in my driveway. But need to find a shop for the final tune.
