Just finished replacing the lower control arms on Lemonade with 160K miles on the clock. Curious if anyone else has noticed this issue with the LCA.

Yes. Every one I have seen looks like that. Doesn't have any negative structural effect. Looks like they crimped the aluminium after they pressed the bushings in.
