Up for sale are a pair of Eibach front springs for the Marauder. I bought these 8 years ago, nothing has been done with them. The pictures speak for themselves, I'am asking $180.00 shipped. If you can find them for less, show me the add, and I'll sell these for $1.00 less.

Clearly I've missed my chance, but now's a good chance for info gathering. Do you know how much these drop the front end & what the rate is?

From what I've gathered, they lower the car about 3/4, to 1 inch, not sure about the spring rate.

they are long discontinued, so finding them is like a needle in a haystack

I love them, just make sure you use kyb shocks.... the stock shocks don't have the right valving

Yeah, I was wondering about that. Looks like I will need camber bolts and an alignment.

This got expensive! :D

Just so you know, most vendors drop ship direct from eibach , so finding a set on a shelf somewhere is very slim

No, I was asked about part numbers, I did't post the pictures before of the springs with their numbers showing.

For those wishing for a pair of the rare Eibachs, you know coil springs can easily be made to spec?

As I have mentioned in the past (and Comin' in Hot affirmed) a stiffer spring requires a stiffer shock. So if you're going to use KYB or some other form of stock shock you won't be able to go too crazy on the spring rate without a harsh ride.

Between the Gabriel G51888, and the KYB 551602 Gas-A-Just, can anyone recommend one or the other as a nice complement to the Eibachs?

The Eibach spring box P/N say 3596-120 the # on the springs is #3596-001
Why are they not the same ?

The front springs are 3596-001. The whole kit is 3596-120.

There is literature attached on the first page of the thread that reflects this.

Gabriel's are always crap, Monroe's are always crap.

KYB's are the shock for our cars.
