When I unlock/lock the doors by pressing the unlock/lock button the knobs in the rears and drivers side door wont go up and unlock. I have to lift them up to open the doors and push them down to lock. What do I need to do to fix them. What could be causing the problem. Any help please.

Replace the actuator(s).

Do the locks move at all or attempt to move?

I'd pull the door panels off, disconnect the actuators and see if they work.

If they work you need to soak the door latches with some penetrating oil like WD-40.

If they don't work see if they are getting power. If not you'll need to find out why there is no power.

I'd put my money on this.

I also have another issue. When I open the front doors they don't swing open they unlock then it seems like they are stuck then I have to push it open. Is that a sign that the door hinges needed to be replaced also.

I just ordered brakes, rotors, headlights, actuators, a new gas tank mine was leaking!, temperature sensor, and now I probably need hinges! Holy cow. I also need new rear tires because I did a million burnouts last year. Needs new paint also. It never ends!

When was the last time the hinges were lubed?

Could be that simple. Open the door and then lift it up, you will be able to tell if a hinge, usually the lower, needs to be replaced.

I don't think I ever lubed them. They hardly have any play hopefully that will solve one problem.

Look for a dry lubricant like these:

I think that's what it is! What's the best way to make them unsticky?

Spray silicone on a towel and wipe the door seals down.

Clean the door surface (where the gasket sets) with detailer spray (you should do this everytime you wash the car)

FREE TIP OF THE DAY: Clean the door seals with silicone before winter sets in and you'll not have sticking doors as the water will not stay on the seals and freeze.

Not my way, but it's the easiest with easily available and cheap products. As long as you have the silicone out give your window channels a shot, it'll help the windows open/close easier.
