Any competent shop can align to those specs.

Unless you have the camber bolts your not going to get the exact specs , ill get the exact specs once i install the camber bolts , but I'm close enough that I'm not chewing up the inner treads on the front tires anymore.

There is a Goodyear close to me(Bardstown Road) that would do the specs, I would have had it done then but I didn't want to pay them to mod the car to do it...They wanted @ $110 to make the mods to do the alignment...

Remember some grinding has to be done that's why the price is more.
