If the one for sale here doesn't work for you there are a few companies that do repair them.
Google "PCM rebuild"

NOTE: I have no interest in any of these companies and do not endorse any of them.

What are the issues you are having with the car?

Keep in mind that if you replace the PCM, the car will NOT start without the PATS system being disabled or reprogramed.

I agree, probably NOT the PCM.
Could be...
Throttle body
IAC
Electrical - harness rubbing at rear of drivers side cam cover
Vacuum - as these cars age the hoses get brittle and crack
PCV system
EGR system

The car isn't holding its idol.. You mean "idle"?
...and can you be more specific? what do you mean it "isn't holding"?

Check your COPS or your PCV valve Hose.
Both will cause erratic idles and surging.

Ok this is what's going on with the car: When I start it up in the morning I have to keep my foot on the gas. When The car is warmed up it the same but Now I have some what of an idle( very low one) and the same when I turn corners the car act as if wants to die ,if not die

Since you've already replaced the IAC, I'd look for a vacuum leak(s).

Didn't hear anything back today guys I'm going to tell them everything I have inquired today hopefully that solves the problem... One last thing the tune is still installed on the car should I have taken it off.. I have a Diablo tune haven't been updated in awhile.

Did your issues start after you loaded the Diablo tune?
Does the idle act up when it's in Park, Neutral or Drive gear? Or doesn't matter what gear its in?

In all gears the does it bud.. It's the same tune I had on the car for years..

Get one of the generic obd2 Bluetooth scan tools, they cost about $20 bucks on amazon.
Start by making sure you don't have any cel's then check out your maf, fuel pressure, O2 and ignition timing readings etc. The readings may be in some unfamiliar formats but if you Google how to interpret them you should have a real good idea what is going on. For example the O2 reading will be in volts.
Have you cleaned your maf?

Antoine, the guys at Mustang Muscle have had experience with the Modular motors. They have dyno'd my car. They are down Route 30 a ways. You could give them a call and talk about it. I tend to rely on first impressions from Zack and from Marty (Mo's) who think it is not PCM. You could also go by my son Todd's shop, Fred's South County at Gravois & Weber. He might have some ideas.
