How old is the battery?

Check the battery connections.

Check the harness behind the drivers side cam cover.

Check the harness at the front left side near the air compressor.

It's when you... I can't do it. :( Too easy...

ANYWAY! There is a bunch of cables wrapped running behind the driver's side head that can get chewed through from rubbing and cause all sorts of electrical havoc.

"Seems" don't cut it.

Take it to a FLAPS and have it checked out.

When you go WOT the alternator has a clutch pulley that will free spin and for a few brief seconds which then the car is running solely off the battery until you let up on the gas.

I know mine is very sensitive, at rest if the battery is below 12.3-12.4 volts it won't even try to turn over.

As others have said, have your battery checked out, if it's bad replace it with a Motorcraft battery, check all power/ground connections and may even worth having the alternator checked out.

How many miles are on the car and is there any mods on the car?

Get some quality THICK wire jumper cables.... And try to jump start the car. If it does start, it is your battery.
