my guess...
SWAP: higher compression than stock Cobra, but detuned to not detonate.
might feel more frisky light to light with a heavy auto
swap power tops out at ~425rwhp = low 13's? high 12's?
forged internals (Cobra) could boost higher, maybe 575 cozy rwhp = in the 12's or something's wrong. $$

I just read in another thread..member has 600 HP, 600 TQ and runs a 10.35.. it is better to advise less and beat the estimate...

If it's a Marauder he must also be using Nitrous or he's got more HP.

How much power are you putting down for starters

Most with a Ported Eaton is in the 520rwhp range @ 18psi. Similar compression ratio as the 03/04 Cobras. Consistent 11.7s with sticky shoes, 12 @ 118.45 with Nitto 555 street tires. High IAT temps though. Need to upgrade heat exchanger. Stock cobra vs. AFCO dual pass with fans is 30deg cooler.
