May 17 in Kansas City, MO - for the Marauder fan

There is an all Ford show at Gary Crossley Ford, 8050 N. Church Rd, Kansas City, MO on Sunday May 17, 8-4. Rain or shine.

If you are a die-hard Marauder fan, bring your Marauder (or don't) and you may get a once in a lifetime chance to see 2 very special Marauders at one show. I'm planning to take my 406 Marauder http://homepages.wmich.edu/~dillery/3Z68G516447.html so I can meet up with this 427 Marauder http://homepages.wmich.edu/~dillery/3Z66R532883.html and park next to each other.

These folks http://www.midamericamustangers.com/index1.htm are putting it on with the dealer.

It would be great to have more than 2 Marauders at this show. Hope to see some of you there.

The show was put on by a Mustang club, so LOTS of Mustangs of most flavors.

Now this was a fantastic once in a lifetime chance to get these two rare Marauders together, but there was icing on the cake.

Ben took 2nd place in our class with his 427 Marauder, and I took 3rd.
I also got a long distance trophy for my 640 mile drive.
But the biggest shocker of all was that I won best of show!

I drive home tomorrow with 3 plaques from the show.

NO OTHER MARAUDERS!

Just those two.

Lots of gen 2 Boss Mustangs and modern Shelbys, but I think the Cobra was the only old Shelby.
