I pulled my throttle body to remove the cam cover and the vacuum line under it was cracking. When I pulled it off it just broke and left most of the end on the intake and another chunk in my hand. That was a few weeks ago now and I cant seem to find the other end of the hose that was attached there. Wondering if any of you know? It is just below the throttle body and comes out of the intake towards the windshield.

I'd have to look at my MM when I get home.

Could have fallen down behind the engine between the firewall and the intake.

I think you're right. Hard to see down there with the wiper motor and the fat wire bundles running in the same place. I was thinking if I knew where it led to I could just replace the whole line.

Is this a serious response? It's the line that's broken, follow it to the end. :shake:

Since you can't do this, it goes to the top of the DFPE Valve.

The broken end of the line is what i couldnt find. Which is what i stated in the first post. It must have fallen down behind the intake while i was working so i wanted to know where it led so i can fish it out.

Maybe i have dumb questions, but im fairly new to my Marauder as well as the modular engines and some of the attitudes Ive seen on this forum are ridiculous. Thanks for the help Zack. I honestly do appreciate it.

No one has lower auto IQ than me. That said, I too have found some of the received thread responses as terse and leave me with a feeling, well, I'm an idiot. But, and I truly mean this next part, the automotive experience on this site is at a very high level. Some could qualify as design level.

That said, I accept time is needed for me to show appreciation and gratitude to advice given, even if I am not thrilled with the delivery. In the end, you have to decide if the help given is worth a few smart-ass responses. At times, we seem like idiots to some of the readers (like my not knowing motor I have is not a true 5.0L). We probably could have figured a few basic things out for ourselves. For me, it all balances out in my favor. You must decide for yourself.

Please stick around. There is a lot to
Learn and at the end of the day members here are very helpful. I agree some don't have bedside manners but none of them mean harm.

Even I was once an itch on zacks ass he treated me the same, and now I'm a wart :D

I agree that being afraid to ask a question is annoying. It did teach me to use google and search old threads :2thumbs:

Agreed 100%. The knowledge here is really impressive. I plan to stick around because ive wanted a MM sonce they came out when i was 15. Two years ago this november i was lucky enough to be able to finally buy one. I dont plan on leaving the forum as its a very good resource for both knowledge and fun. I didnt mean to be terse in my response towards anyone....well....i did mean to be. But now i take it back. Friends?
