Back once again with much more to share! I have quite a few new projects that came to fruition recently, but I will stay on topic in this board.

I did a lot of research on the sound I wanted and finally landed on a setup I am really happy with! The whole idea of my project is an OEM+ Crown Vic, essentially "What if they took the car further" (under the Ford name, I know Marauders are a thing!) so I needed a sound that fit.

Check out the video here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XXZRpGFz3I)

I purchased Magnaflow mufflers that several folks on CV.net seem to have used, and deleted the silencers. Still idles almost as quiet as before, with just a little bit more meat to it. It sounds fantastic under load in the low-mid range, which is GREAT since that's where the car spends most its time.

The best part? Now people can HEAR that it's a stick! Before (when it still sounded like a vacuum cleaner) no one could really tell. By no means did I build the car to show off, but its nice to get a few more hat tips from people than before!

I may eventually delete the rear cats down the road, but for now I am more than pleased!

Yeah stock mufflers were way to quiet for my taste I think I had under 1000 miles on my car new and yanked them things off ,put on cherry bomb turbos.

If my DD could get out of its own way, I would do something like that when the stock single exhaust finally needs replacing. As it is, I like the fact that it glides along silently like a velvet fog... :geezer:

I have a video of the car! It is just a simple one for now but at least it gives a good idea of how it sounds. Working on a better one soon. Just gotta get an extra set of hands...

The car has the stock turndowns just under the cutouts. I have a soft spot for them!

I love the whine in 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Mainly I got the TKO because it was plenty strong for how heavy the panthers are and it should hold up to any future performance upgrades I may do. The noise is an added bonus!

I do like the way it sounds...it says "performance" without being obnoxious, especially on decel...
