use 5.4 shelby cams on mm 2003 is it fit in?

I have marauder 03 for a friend that he has shelby 5.4 2009 cams and want to know

does it will fit in the marauder? both are 4 valve..
and will we need to use custom sprinsg or fit with stock springs


the other question, if it's How many hp, tq will gain? :burnout:
