how do kook,s header,s fitment , as far as it goes, when it comes to how low the collector comes to the ground?!?!/ kook,s header,s are listed as long tube header, , but i have heard some reference to them being a mid-pipe header?!?!?! would u consider Kook,s Header,s as full length or Mid-pipe header.s ?!?!?! Do Stainless Steel work Header,s collector,s sit lower to the ground as far as it comes to the Collector area , Vs kook,s Header,s Collector area clearance to the ground

i was looking at some kooks , header,s pictures on MM. they look like the header collector do not sit any lower then the transmission oil pan.. , that is what i am worried about , the collector area being to low , i live in a hilly town and i have a unlimited car was service to the full service car was , but i don,t want to lose the ability to go through the car wash , because , i have long tubes on... and the shorty header, selection for MM. look like there no better then stock EX . manifolds and not worth the $$ to HP gains..

Stainless works hands down the best. Still have plenty of ground clearance too. Here are some pics of mine. I'm lowered about 1"

They hang down just a hair lower than the hump on the trans pan
