Trunk lid Wave Emblem..

how is the MM. trunk lid wave emblem held on to the car , i thought it might be held on by addhesive , or is there a bolt or nut some where behind it??! i would like to take it off and , put my chrome god emblem on..

It has double sided tape and I think a locator pin. Take fishing line and slide it behind emblem in sawing motion. Remove left over adhesive and apply new emblem with 3m auto tape

Two locator pins, use a hair dryer to heat it up and loosen the adhesive. Use fishing line to "saw" it off. Use Goof Off to remove remaining adhesive residue.
