so thanks to Luis88, I installed my brand newish wiper cowl yesterday after painting it.
I just cant get over how much cleaner it looks w/o the wipers so im going to leave them off and put on delete caps, it not my DD and I never drive it in the rain, im thinking these will work??

Couldn't tell you if they fit. What I can say is I deleted mine a long time ago! In the ultra rare event (maybe once a year) when I need to pull over and dig them out of the trunk I can't help but to feel like I just installed a couple big ass bozo noses and everyone is staring at them... I have to remind myself that everyone else has them all the time LOL

I didn't bother capping them off.

It's nice to have the option to have when needed but at this point I would just buy a wiper less cowl if such a one existed.

My little sister just bought her first car, a Honda Civic. Not my kind of car but the first thing I noticed when it was parked beside mine where the wiper blades. They are nice and beefy. At least three times thicker than the Marauder's. I have a BMW X5 and the wiper blades on that are also nice and thick looking. The MM are so skinny looking. The X5 passenger side has 22" blades the same size as the MM. one day I'm going to test them on the MM and see what happens. If it doesn't work maybe Fastblackmerc can make us a wiper cover to place over the stock blades and make them appear thicker maybe with Marauder written on them. Kind of like when people place caliper covers that say Brembo and place them over there calipers. Making an entire thick piece from scratch would probably cost way to much.

Your the ONLY one I've ever heard say the blades should be thick and stick out more. LOL

Meh. Don't care. I took out the keyways and have them set lower than factory. I don't even notice them, especially with my custom hood.

It's a twofold problem. First they sit really high especially on the driver's side. Second they are to skinny looking. Even compared to a Civic. I will take a pic tomorrow and show you what I mean.

So adjust the position and get thicker blades? Why you want wipers to be pronounced is still a mystery to me? But it's your car, set it up the way that makes you happy.

Why use something that will call attention to the missing wipers? I'd use something more stealthy.

yeah and looking at the thing prominent in my field of view when driving...yes is the answer to your question.

I dont know why Ford didnt do a hideaway wiper on this car...

i adjusted them, can't see them in my view. you would hate to drive a car with a cowl hood lol.
