So i have done alot of research and looking through the forums for about a year and im considering getting a supercharger.. Im looking to spend about 5-6k more or less. I cant seem to find any kit other than the one reinhart is selling at the moment. Im 17 with not alot of experience so im trying to get some guidance from my fellow marauder owners.

Look in the power adder section fir the kit available from ADTR. Net. Stay away from rheinhart.

Depends what you want, but higher hp and psi will put more demand on internal engine components. Stock engine is generally good to about 450 Rwhp. Most go to the 425-435 range. If you want to upgrade internal rods, pistons, crank, brakes, rear end etc. then go higher but it not then stay in a safer range. This is my opinion

Also... You will absolutely need the big brake upgrade FIRST,
as going fast ain't no fun at all if you can't stop.

If your ride has 75K or more miles, be careful buying a blower with an older transmission. The extra hp can cause transmission, differential and axle problems.

I installed mine with 84K miles on the car.......built trans and rear at 175K miles and don't believe the blower caused either!!:shake:

If the car runs well and the trans shifts well......GO FOR IT!!

Your gonna have to fix stuff sooner or later anyway!!;)

75K is nothing for a healthy engine! And will be fine. :shake:

I installed a vortech system on my first Marauder with 76000 miles on it, as stated if it is running good and maintenance is kept up, then not to worry, that's what is nice about centri blowers, around town they don't really push boost, so no extra load on the motor..when you get into it and rpm go over 3000 or so, then they kick in super nice and keep pulling..

Aren't you asking a bunch of money for a used trilogy, if I recall? I know they are discontinued etc. but if it is more then a brand new centri from ADTR then my choice would be new. IMO

It's a mint condition ported and polished trillogy! 469 hp and 496 torque on the wheels! It will be a almost a complete kit. 12.1 at the dragway on street tires. Great things are a bunch of $$$.

I understand and not meaning to bash your trilogy for sale..but as you said, Almost complete still means having to buy possibly specialty items and hp and tq is different for every car regardless if same set up. It is supply vs demand..just not easy to sell ..good luck with and hope you sell.

thanks everyone for the help yea i was looking into the eaton swap but i didnt know how hard it would be to buy all the parts separate. I also saw the big brake kit i was going to do them both at about the same time. no point to go fast if i cant stop right.

If good running etc. 102k miles not to worry. IMO don't try to boost it up to max stay in the 400-425 Rwhp range
