What does the valet key do again? Rev limit to 3500?

The compatibility chart says it doesn't work for either a 2003 or 2004 Marauder.

No, it will not allow entry into the trunk or locked glovebox. It will run the car etc. I've never locked either item (the trunk button or glove box)

Only way to stop a valet from doing a "Ferris Bueller" is to upload a valet tune...
