Saw a Black with non stock dark 19" or 20" wheels running up Interstate 75 north in the Cartersville, Ga. area. I was getting on the interstate in my truck(work - Republic Waste Mack). Couldn't catch up as they were running 80 or so! Out of site within a couple miles.
