I'm not having very much luck finding fuel rails. Really the only ones and come across are the professional products blue anodized aluminum versions.

Aeromotives from a 96-98 Cobra work well

Thank you though those are a little more then I'm looking to spend right now.

Also if I get new injectors do I need the adapter harness?

I was thinking of getting a new fuel rail as well. I would like one that can dissipate heat with some cooling fins. Does anyone make a direct bolt in?

Those are the cheapest option available.

Not much heat can be dissipated atop a running engine in a returnless system.
Just by switching to aftermarket rails with a larger diameter will keep the fuel a little cooler just by the increased volume of fuel on tap at all times.

Switching to a return setup with a fuel cooler on the return side would be your best bet

Not ready for the return less commitment yet.

Anyone make a bolt on rail?

They don't do anything for heat dissipation.

oh so correct.

The stock rails are sufficient to the 600rwhp range, no need to upgrade if you're below that point.

But what I really want to know is do they bolt on or do they need modification.

Yes they bolt right on.

But you will need an assortment of fittings and some hose to plumb them to the stock line.

Are you referring to the areomotive rails?

Any rail for a 96-2004 Cobra, Mach 1 will work.
You will need to extend the FRPS wires to the opposite side.
Then you will need to make a line in back to connect the 2 sides together.
