Need Help with part # / name of hose

I just found one of my hoses is melted from being too close to the EGR tube. It is the one that comes off the vapor canister purge valve and goes around back to the connection under the throttle body. The tag attached to it has worn off and I have searched for 'fuel vapor hose/tube" but can't seem to find anything. If anybody knows the part # or proper name to find it I would be most thankful.

Cut the plastic line off of the barb at the push connection. Run regular vacuum line all the way to the upper intake
