just swapped my blown 03 motor for another 03 motor. Started up the first time, than it had trouble starting and now there is no power at all to the car. The battery is new and has lots of power. No fuses are blown. Now the computer is from the original engine that was in the car, didn't swap computers because it's the same year car, same motor. Would the different computers not be compatable even tho it's the same type of motor from the same year?? Any advice would be appreciated!!

Do you know the computer catch code for each motor? There could be an issue. The code is generally on the driver door frame on the body, 4 letters/number like. BMDO fir example .

The computer has nothing to do with the power distribution. You have a bad connection somewhere if there is no power to anything and you have a charged battery.

Could it be the PATS system??

Check all the connections including the grounds.

swaping motor would nothing to do with it....it something you have done, by tugging on, old wiring...maybe a ground wire .......
