Have a nice clean 2003-2011 eatc / climate control unit. It's from an 08 crown Victoria lx, worked when removed. $100 obo. Located in Chicago, but will ship.

I can replace the o-rings and replace the button and fan lights with LEDs......

O-rings were good when I pulled this one, but it might have a bulb out.

What do you charge to swap to LEDs?

Unless the o-rings have been changed they will fail.

Change o-rings and install LEDs is $45.00, including return shipping.

Do LEDs cool that sucker off much? I noticed it gets awfully hot for a little control unit. Perhaps the current through the vacuum solenoids is largely responsible.

The main display generates that heat. I can't fix that......
