So me and my girlfriend moved into a different house and we only have one garage door opener. She is using that one. So I've programed my overhead console on my Marauder to be my garage door opener except for step 7 and 8 (which is required when it blinked red). My GF was concerned that if I push the smart or learn button on our garage door motor unit, that maybe her garage door opener would no longer work. Does anyone know?

Shouldn't.
If it does, just re-pair hers.

It should not affect hers especially if it is the one that came with the garage door unit. It is basically set up for that unit and any others you add will not bother it.
