Hey,
Welcome Aboard.
Mine do. I picked my car up on the 24th of July.

Yes, the floor mats are embossed MARAUDER, unless they changed them! First check with your dealer for "oversight" on this, then scream at Ford or Mercury customer service. Seems like a lot of "slip-ups" with our car to me!!

Mine have "Marauder" embroidered vertically on them (September)...

Concur, they should say Marauder. I would walk up to the salesman's office and ask him for the correct set, if they don't, ask for his boss and repeat the request. If he doesn't get them for you, then ask for the regional until you get satisfaction.
Look at the sticker, it should state under interior "Unique Floor Mats", and I'm sure it will also state that in their brochures.

Mine has them. Embroidered vertically. White letters. Picked up the car Dec 23rd. Sat on the lot for several months.

Yeap, suppose to say Marauder on the mats according to the brochures and the advertisements. Mine has them and I purchased my Marauder in OCT. It's part of the Marauder features, like the 18" rims, the godshead on the seat backs, the oil pressure & volts gage, etc. etc. etc. get the picture, your dealer has to be responsible enough to say,"We'll get you the right mats", and that should be that. Good luck.

Yeah... I allready emailed my dealer about it... she was very frazzeled at the end of the deal when I asked her about them (hadn't eaten any lunch). She said "are they the right color"? "They they are the right mats". But she was very stressed out. Strange...
Of course I DID end up getting a good deal on the car (at least I think I did)... but still, they are going to make it right... or its a call to the Mercury Customer Care 800# tomorrow. She allready thinks I'm a pain in the a$$ :) but thats ok... I was supprized about the quality of the service I got allready... less hassle then I expected. So I'm optimistic that the salesperson will be able to fix the problem and I wont have to go anywhere with it.

Yes, They should be marked "Marauder" as everyone says. It's even listed in the order guides as such

Ahh... got a call back from my message to my salesperson today - they said no problem, it will be taken care of... they just dont want me to mess up the plain floormats in the car right now :) but thats ok, I didnt plan on messing them up anyhow...
thanks for the info guys... nice to know there are other people who love this car out there :) Is there a list of meets anywhere? If anyone is setting something up in the mid-atlantic, I'm game to go...
thanks again
and btw - except for this little problem, which hopefully will be solved by the end of the week (I'll keep you updated) I'm very happy with this dealership... it was Holman in Maple Shade, NJ if anyone is curious. (No affiliation, just a guy who has had bad experiences with car dealers in the past and appreciates a better then average one)

Slowpoke,
I called once about them to my dealer. I was planning on getting an extra set as well. If I recall right, they were at around $200 for the whole set! I opted for a set of black luxury floor mats from my local Auto Zone... They're a lot cushier than the origanals! :D My origanals are wrapped up in plastic in the attic.

Acctually, Big Dog, I didnt need to get Mercury involved... the dealer said she would take care of it before I even had to call the customer service line...
I didnt try in Laweranceville... I had a bunch of quotes but I could call just so many places :) Turns out this place is close to my office (Mt. Laurel) and the others I tried were close to home (Toms River)... although Lawarenceville is close to where my mom lives (Plainsboro), so it should have been an option...
no worries, in any case, I like the deal I got and so far I'm happy with the car - very happy... I almost got myself a ticket today going through West Windsor... its just so hard to realize how fast you are going :) Thats not a bad thing, though hehe

Part number should be in the parts number list in "Garage"
you can check cost by typing in Part numbers at fordparts.com

I just noticed now that my car came with two driver's side front mats. Both have the MM logo stiched on the left side and the hole cut out for the retaining clip... What goes on when they prep these cars.....??

I just bought a set of contoured Huskyliner floor mats that catch anything and everything and stored the factory mats with the jacket and other stuff.
If interested buy them for a 2002 Crown Vic as the Marauder still don't exist in most parts catalogs.

All set... they took care of me... thank goodness! But wait until you get a load of this - I called Mercury customer service the day after I got the car just to get an idea of how they would be and to be sure that the car should have come with the mats... I told them that I would call the dealer and see what could be done and they thought that was the right thing...
but - get this... I get a call today from my local dealer (not where I got the car) - from the service dept - saying that Mercury wanted them to follow up with me. Good service! I suspect they might have been getting aset of mats in the mail for me if my dealer couldnt fix it... I'm very impressed with the service from Mercury on this one... if my dealer had sucked, then I dont think they would have left me out in the cold
