electrical problem 2003 marauder

While driving car shuts off but will start back up. Could problem be a relay as I have checked connections to battery and they check out okay. Would appreciate any suggestions if you have had this problem. Thanks

Previous complaints about this issue have been caused by a chaffed wiring harness behind the drivers side cam cover, or in the engine bay area behind the drivers side headlight.

However, it could be a million different things causing this.

I'd go with "A" - chaffed harness behind the drivers side cam cover.

Has it ever been to a dent puller??? If so check to see if any holes were drilled in the drivers fender well, if so, check the main harnes in that location...ask me how I know???

Crank position or cam position sensor, very cheap and easy- just a suggestion

Check connections on MAF wiring and make sure that they are plugged in all the way. Wouldn't hurt to check all plug in connections. As long as they're apart hit em with some contact cleaner and put a dab of dielectric grease on em when putting back together.
