Has anyone ran into a problem of the SW headers EGR tube not mating up to the EGR tube? Mine was about a inch off and that's with all the slack I could get from the top of the EGR tube. Is the trilogy supplied EGR tube shorter? I can't remember if it was or not.

Or anyone knows of a aftermarket longer EGR tube I can get let me know

Mine was off also. Spent more time getting the egr tube and dip stick in it than the headers.
Not sure how bad yours is, but it took me a bunch of prying, tweaking, and praying to get mine to go.

Welded mine up, EGR deleted. That tube is a mother f*&ke% to work with.

My EGR is long gone! I just put a Gates stainless steel plug on the egr tube.

It is a real pain. I started it on the headers first and then pulled it as hard as I could to get it started on the EGR valve. The worst part with mine was that it is getting too close/touching the wiring harness so I wrapped it in some good header wrap and put some heat reflect tape around the wiring harness. Fingers crossed.

After doing two header installs I learned that the easiest way to get the egr tube on is to start the threads on the header first. Only a thread or two, then remove the two bolts of the egr valve to remove it off the intake and start the threads into the egr valve, also a thread or two, then bolt the egr valve back onto the intake lid. It will start with a little effort.
If you have a trilogy, the supplied egr tube was smaller and curved differently. I picked one up from trilogy when doing my install because I can't have it eliminated or turned off in my tune for NYS inspection.
