I'm sure this has been talked about 100X from Sunday.. But..
My '03 only has 43k miles on it.. It's got a hesitation (bog for lack of better terms) when I hit it. Doesn't seem to have the power it should either. No CEL or anything , but on my last Vic I did a pack swap and it was like new...
I don't want to buy a cheap kit , or anything that won't make it run it's best... So I must ask.. What brand have you had the best results with?

Motorcraft all the way. The price difference is neglegible over "aftermarket" coils, and they WILL last longer and perform better.
I've been burned so many times at work because my service writers have tried to save the customer a few bucks by using Standard brand coils, only to have to do the job all over again (usually on an Escape, and the rear bank) and waste the customers time.

I had 2 coils go out at 47K mi Had a thanks for your biz coupon from summit and accel coils were on sale. Had good service from acell products in the past. Thought OEM only went aftermarket amount of miles so why pay ford double the money. Put them in and now have 10K mi on them and all is well. Maybe some day I can have original coils tested and find out which 2 are bad. I now have a 2nd Marauder with 178k mi and has what sure looks like original coils. I would stay away from real cheap coils on eBay & CL. Good Luck whichever way you go

I think a bad coil or 2 would give you a stuttering, not a bog.

When Lidio did my motor we had that discussion and he used the oem the best ones, all hipo motors get them, mine are running great!

Visteon produces ignition coils for Ford. I've been running Visteon-branded coils for about 4 years without problems.

My Accel Super Coils have been great. So far at least.

I had to be the big shot and spring about $500 for the Granitelli Racing coils. One died 25 miles after installing; after maybe 6000 miles at least one more is suspect with very rough idle. When I called Granitelli the customer service guy couldn't believe one of their products could fail. The day they got mine back they sent me a new one as a 'customer courtesy. ' Now I have to get the MM to an engine analyzer.

Good eye! MSD tricked me. When you search parts for the Marauder, that's what they show you. Am I better off to go with Sparta or Accel?

How do you like the MSD coils compared to stock? Any noticeable difference?

I run msd coils and all I noticed was a increase in starting power and my car came to life better. I mainly got em for color appearance. Now I Love em .
