Private Dealer for us, Set buy in for full rack of chips, play timed with most chips or winner take all...

To keep costs low, I think we can "buy" the dealers time and only ante $20 each.

I'm in. I love to play poker.
I started playing at Circus Circus at age 21. That was well before Holdem was popular. We played 7 card stud (1 and 3 ) with a dime ante.
Last year sadly, they closed the poker room.
Now we go across the street to play at the Riveria. That will probably be the next Hotel to close.

Still wouldn't expect everyone to be there by Wednesday night. The official Itinerary have the poker tournament to possibly be Thursday night, but also Saturday night is very open - a free night.

I would suggest Thur or Saturday - I like Saturday better, most people will have gotten bored of doing their own "vegas thing" by then, and I like that it would be one of the last things we do before parting ways and saying goodbyes the next morning.
