Well, I'll be closing the deal with Annette on Sunday morning. I have to write a sizable check and sign a formal lease. After that, I'll register with the city and obtain our permit.
Please be prepared to pay in the remaining balance due on your spot soon. I'll let you all know what that will be soon.
Right now we have 17 for sure, paid spots taken, but I know we'll be getting more over the next 2 months or so. Whatever spots are not filled by mid July will go out on bid. I'm sure we can sell any remaining spots at cost, if not for a small profit. As the WDC approaches, the desperate folks will pay an insane amount. But, I'm hoping we end up with all MMs :D
Stay tuned for details!

Good Job Mike! Folks, We have the place now, its got to be the best location we could have hoped to get for being right in the thick of things. Things will fill up and I think we will sell every spot to Marauders. Im looking forward to hanging out with the most hardcore Marauder club in the world, and I am sure that Steve Babcock will find a good excuse to spend the day with us too. Dont wait folks.....sign up.

Isn't "old" 80 and up these days? Personally, I'm passed the midlife crisis era, I'm now working on adolescence renewal. :bounce:
