Even though we get all the support in the world from you guys on this forum I figured I'd make a post for the few guys that aren't running our systems. This is what you're missing...

I'm quite happy with mine too, but the tech who did it cried loud about how difficult it was to do, which I found hard to believe. No matter I guess, since it seems to have been done well.

We have sold a lot of these at great prices. We have installed a bunch of sets today and without issue.
I am happy to help anyone who needs help with them.

Doubt it. Getting my X to fit symmetrically was no easy task and I'm an ex mechanic with proper tooling and a lift. After that the muffler hangers were too short. Then once again lining up the tailpipes evenly was a feat and finally how it comes way too close to the watts link.
Besides the fitment mentioned, the fact that it's all slip fit with no means of removal figured in really sucks..
Yes, the headers were a dream fit. Mine looks good now after many tweaks and "massaging" but the second it needs to come off it will be getting V band clamps as I play to saw it off.. When it goes back on it'll also be changed to an H with different mufflers as this system is RASPY.

Exactly what makes the stainlessworks exhaust very undesirable, and a pain to deal with! For the money it should be a perfect system, i wanted all the mods Justbob mentioned , I just decided to sell the stainless works exhaust system, and start from scratch , i now have a T304 Stainless steel 16gauge 3" exhaust system with Vibrant Vband clamps, with an H pipe , it sounds badass with MagnaFlow mufflers.

SW headers with no cat hook ups to stock exh,all I can saw is holy crap the stock mufflers must be hollow, they have a lot of bark and for me at my age are a bit to loud.
Real nice numbers you are putting out.

My SW header fit awesome, way better than the kooks on my other marauder. With SW headers, I could remove the starter from the car without removing the header, with looks the whole header is coming off. The exhaust only lasted 200 miles until I got to my exhaust shop, I just couldn't get it to clear the watts link and the mufflers were too raspy. I had a custom mandrel bent 3" setup with v-band clamps made for easy removal.

If you look at my pictures, it looks like my exhaust is not centered. But I sure you it's centered side to side down to an 1/8" based off the frame rails. Most people do not realize or drivelines are not in the car straight. I believe stainless works centered they're exhaust off the frame rails and not off the driveline The rear floor is also different side to side, that's why the bends leading into my mufflers are not symmetrical. I think this is another reason a lot of guys had problems with the hanger brackets on the stainless works exhaust, I was one of them.

The under axle exhaust works really well, it's never bottomed out and it does not touch the axle to even at full droop.

I think I am going Kooks headers and there X-pipe with cats. And leave my stock mufflers and tail pipes. My car only has 11k original miles. And I don't want a cop magnet. Just a little more power. And no big noise.

My Marauder will be needing a new exhaust system soon and I've had multiple people recommend Stainless Works to me so that's probably what I'll be going with in the end.
Main reason is that I've been told that your system does not drone on the highway, at cuise speeds of 100 mph on the German Autobahn that's what I'm trying to avoid as I don't want to be deaf after every long distance drive.
Only trouble will be the postage of the system to Germany.
