From what I've been seeing, the go-to exhaust systems is made by StainlessWorks. Are there any other companies that make exhaust systems for the Marauder??

None as good as StainlessWorks.

what are your mods? And if your dead set on the full exhaust SW would be the only way to go.

Stainless works exhaust is ok , its not great by any means!

I don't think anyone makes a full system for the MM besides SW. Stock system flows well if your NA. Choke point is the mid-pipe area where it chokes down to 2" from 2 1/4". Replace that and you'd be good to go. If your looking for sound try YouTube Marauder muffler vids. Lots of them to listen to.
