OEM exhaust manifolds

Hi all,
Does anyone know if 03-04 Mustang Cobra OEM exhaust manifolds (not headers) are a power improvement/advantage over our MM OEM exhaust manifolds?
And will they fit our cars?
I already have the Magnaflo X-pipe for the cobra mustang and I know that it has to be extended to fit MM.

I think the Mustang cats are larger in/out and worth a modest power increase. The emissions police might notice with a careful visual, however.
