First, what is the part number or an acceptable replacement o-ring for the COT plug?

Second, has anyone repaired the door panel armrest? Mine is coming apart.

Fix the arm rest pad with some 5 minute epoxy. Hold it in place with painters tape.

Courtesy of justbob this is the part number for the COT O ring, they "come" in packs of two as listed but sometimes the dealer has them in stock as separate o rings. Make sure they have two before you head over there

If you need them quickly I believe a #20 O ring from any hardware store will get the job done also

This is not correct
That's the o-ring for the COT, not the plug like the op needs

The plug O ring is 9/16" Inside Dia, 11/16" Outside Dia and 1/16" thick. Not available seperate from Ford and the whole plug was discontinued several years ago. Good parts store will have them. Any thicker than 1/16" and it will hang up on the inside of the hole and skin the ring and will eventually leak. I keep a bunch on hand and just change them any time I remove the COT plug.
