so far I have replaced the bcm, eatc unit, blower motor and none of that fixed the problem.. basically what is going on is there is no air when you push any of the buttons.. when you push the AC you can hear the compressor kick on but no air..
what else is there to troubleshoot?

Did you do the EATC self test?
Have you checked the blend door?

haven't checked the blend door, I been leaning towards avoiding that haha but ill get to it.
it just sounds like a resistor problem but I have already swapped it out 3 times and its getting pretty frustrating.

Are you getting 12v to the blower motor?

Are you sure the blower is even running at all? The EATC head unit is designed to default to defrost in the the event of a failure or loss of vacuum, so you should at least have air coming from those outlets. If not, then either the blower motor is inop or there's something blocking air flow in one of the ducts.

There is a plastic tube under the wiper assembly that runs through the firewall and provides vacuum for the entire system. They get old and brittle. If it broke or came off somehow or has a leak, the EATC will turn on but not do anything. Remove the wiper assembly to get at it. Ask me how I know this....Travis. I broke it somehow when I did my Eaton.

You just installed a Trilogy correct? Check your vacuum line like Tbone mentioned.

What did you find?

If it broke or came off somehow or has a leak, the EATC will turn on but not do anything. Even if there is no vacuum supply to the EATC, it should default to Defrost mode as a safety feature, so there should still be air from the defrost vents. The OP said he has no air at all.

When I broke my main vac line, no air came out anywhere at all. I guess if the EATC has no vacuum whatsoever, it has no default to defrost. Just my theory based on what happened to me. Let's see what he comes back with....

Could be a bad BCM too.

Could be, but he said he replaced it. He says there is "no air" but doesn't specify if there is no fan operation or if it just doesn't come out anywhere.

I still haven't gotten any where with this. ive checked all vac lines, swapped EATC, swapped BCM's, swapped blower motor. what else could it be?

Have you checked for blown fuses or bad relays?

which fuse is it inside the box? I do remember checking those but maybe I checked wrong ones

I am not sure would have to check the manual. Does the blower motor come on?

Sorry for the lateness but yes the blower motor does come on when hooked up to the battery.
What would that narrow it down to?

Also when I hooked up the blower motor to the battery the air only came out the defrost option. Nothing else worked

Fuses to check:
Passenger compartment fuse panel
#15 (15A) - EATC blower motor relay
#16 (15A) - Climate control
#23 (15A) - EATC module
Power distribution box (under the hood, behind the battery)
#103 (40A) - Blower motor
#113 (50A) - Feeds fuse #23
#301 (Full ISO relay) - Blower motor relay
Let us know what you find.

The EATC needs new O rings, you are getting there!
