Car shutdown

Car just shutoff on highway ran the codes and got p0191 witch is fuel rail pressure sensor I replaced sensor but have no fuel pressure now how do you unlock out fuel pump not the inertia switch

Well it looks like it is the fuel pump the regulator still holds I could not blow though it

I had that happen when a fuel pump wire chaffed through

Look at the harness on each side of the car where it passes the brace that hold the lower front fender to the core support
