Are you using my bracket?

If so, you take the kick panel off and install the bracket first.
Then outline the holes in the bracket with white paint.
Then you re-install the kick panel and press firmly so the paint transfers to the backside of the kick panel .
Remove kick panel and drill holes.

Maybe someone has an old Kenny Brown template laying around they could scan and email you.

I'm not trying to kill my own sale, but do you know another guy here offers a far superior dead pedal?

His screen name is BigCars4Ever

Yes I have seen that one but had this one all ready. If I drove the car a lot maybe I would get one.

Zack- I have the mustang dp also. I figured I could just mount it as is.
What does your bracket do? Mount the Mustang unit or is it a whole dp?

The bracket mounts to existing hardware behind the kick panel, then the bracket bolts to it.

Unlike the fox-body vehicles, the Panther's do not have anything that the dead pedal can just bolt-to.

Zack's bracket uses the emergency brake mounting bolts to then provide a mounting surface that the dead pedal can be bolted-to.

Installation ... removing the kick panel.
removing the bolts|nuts (don't recall which they are) that hold the emergency brake cable.
bolting-on the bracket.
drilling holes thru the kick panel to match those of the dead pedal.
reinstalling the kick panel.
attach the dead pedal with self-tapping screws

The bracket I'm sending you has 1/4/20 nuts welded to the back.
Not sure where the self threading screws came into play

When I seen the picture I said that looks like nut plate or some other nuts. I have some bolts that will work.
