Hello Forum Members:

In July of this year, at the Good Guys in Puyallup, WA, I purchased a 2003 300A MM from forum member "Merrill." Merrill bought it in Dec, 2011, from forum member "blazen71." It has the #17 FIT ProCharger that blazen71 got from Joe Walsh.

Blazen71 was nice enough to provide the dyno sheet showing a max 442 rwhp and 397 ft/lbs torque with 12# of boost. It was tuned for daily driving with 424 rwhp and 394 ft/lbs with 12# boost.

I did not go to Good Guys expecting to purchase any car. While waiting in the parking lot for a buddy the MM drives by and I hear the slight whine. Merrill parks the MM across from me and I see the under bumper scoop and intercooler. One test drive was all it took. That afternoon I left Good Guys with my "new" car.

The MM currently lives in Kirkland, WA. I bought the car on Saturday and was pulled over by the police Monday night. I think the officer just wanted to look at the car. He said he drove Crown Vics for years and the MM didn't look or sound like those. He didn't say anything about me not having registration or proof of insurance.

Congrats on the purchase and sounds like you have a really nice car :)

I used to live in the same city as pro charger, show us a few pictures of your setup!

I will post a pic after I get it back together. I am changing the oil on the ProCharger, replacing the belt, some hoses and clamps.

Welcome!!! That car is a beauty. We have a section in Emerald City Marauders for us NW guys; you missed us all at Ponies in the Park on Sunday...

Welcome, nice car!
You will likely have more interaction with police - most really appreciate the cars.
Enjoy!

Yes, and you can freely use my line when you are pulled over at 3:20 AM by a Texas Patrolman on the edge of Texas... after slowing down for 4 miles

"Boy, do you even KNOW how fast you were going back there a ways?"

"Ah.... No sir, I do not."

"Well, WHY NOT!"

"Sir, to be honest, I was afraid to look down"

I planned/hoped to make it to Ponies in the Park. Didn't get the car back together in time.
