When I do a search, I run into a lot of old posts by old friends, and myself.
It feels pretty good to recall the things we all went through to get the car we loved the attention it deserves.
Then I see some posts and replies from those we lost... smiles and sadness combined.
Thanks to Steve Babcock for getting the car built. I'd be short a few good friends otherwise.
Thanks to Logan for getting things rolling here. Otherwise, we'd have never met!

Rich, I agree. I posted a thread a while back looking for someone to look at a car for me that I was looking to buy that is over a thousand miles away. Within minutes, whatsupdohc was willing to drive an hour each way to check it out for me. He won't take a cent of compensation! That's what this group is about. I still consider some of my best friends, friends I made on this site, including you Rich.
Sold my MM 4 1/2 years ago and still visit often.

I've been a long time member over on CVN but just a long time lurker on MMN simply because I never would have expected myself to get a MM.

We miss you up this way, Rich. You were among the first people Eric & I met when we joined. So many from back then are gone...one way or the other, but we've made some lasting friendships that would never have happened without mm.net.

I've been looking at them now and then. Yes, I'd like to one day. An early production SB with the charcoal interior would suit me fine. That's what I'd have ordered in June 2002 if it were available then.
I have the CV and I'm playing that. Just did springs, shocks, sways and metco arms. An eaton unit and the original 3:55's from the Marauder are about to go in.
I have a motor from an 04 Marauder to build ( thanks again, Ray) and all my notes and history stuff from my Marauder projects to pull from.
My main issue, here in Florida, is space. I no longer have the two story four bay garage, nor a lift to work with. But I also have yet to shovel snow here....:banana2:
And... I have the Harley and the F150 that take portions of my toy money.
It's been a long road, since 2009. And financials are better, but not where they were but better.

I miss what this page was. It's good to know some of the originals are still alive. Literally.
