You are welcome.
Use stainless steel hardware when installing.

I have all way's used stainless hardware when ever I can. Next question remove the studs and put the bolts back in. All so I need to find the 2 bolt exhaust flange so I can bolt the off road pipe up. My new exhaust I had done is 2 1/4. I am not putting these on right now just getting every thing ready.

Wrong. At minimum use stainless steel serrated flange nuts with the stock studs.
Aftermarket stainless steel studs are available on Amazon and other vendors. No I don't have a link.

I was not going to put stainless bolts in but the one's they send you. And I really did not want to try and take the studs out.

Sounds like you're gonna have some fun! Are you going off road or do you have catted leads?

If you are installing their bolts then you have to remove the studs.

I am not wanting to remove any studs. Just wanted to know if I should use there bolts or just use my studs. I found stainless flange nuts.

I all ready replaced my mufflers with flow pro.
The studs will come right out, especially on a southern car.
Do not use their bolts.
Nothing is better than the factory mounting design.

I agree with you on that. When I did my 04 Mach 1. I put headers on it and used the stock studs. worked great. If the come out I will just clean them and put them back in. How about there gaskets?

Factory gaskets you can reuse. They are "blow proof"
I orderd a set of new factory studs and nuts for the lower passenger side.
Everywhere else I used Stage 8 stainless, nickel plated locking header bolts.

Stage 8 will not back out, especially if you use the retainer clips.

The two sets I have done I reused the factory studs and gaskets no problems on the other I used the gaskets and used dorman studs and nuts

I can vouch for this.

Ok getting every thing together. Question I see where some say reuse the stock gaskets is not a problem. S/w say apply some RTV. I am going to use the stock studs and put new stainless flange nuts. I just want to make sure that I really do not need to get some new stock gaskets.

I would buy a new set of oem gaskets, no need to do all that work only to have a leak , and i didn't use the rtv its not necessary.

That is what I am was thinking.
Spend the 50 bucks and get new gaskets. The driver's side is a 2 Piece.
When going to Ford, it is sometimes easier to just order gaskets from a Mach 1 to prevent receiving 2V gaskets.
It is my strong recommendation to liberally soak all 16 nuts and the egr tube for a minimum of 24 hours with PB Blaster.

I will call my ford dealer. I was thinking of doing that to the studs. My EGR tub is not installed. when Jerry and them put my system on they did not install it. I got a new cap from Ford.

I just ordered the stock gaskets from Ford. I found out if you get them for a 2004 Marauder they are the same as a Mach1. two peace on one side and one peace for the other.

All so seen where someone said that they had to replace two of the studs because they hit one of the tubes. True or not?

Trimming down Cylinder 7 is usually necessary.
Dry fit them and eyeball it. Then make the modifications
This job is much easier when the oil filter is removed.

Many members have used the oem gaskets. Has anyone ever used copper or led exhaust manifold gaskets when installing headers ?

I used percy multi-layer aluminum with my 2V and shorty headers. The gasket failed and I went back to OEM. I only use the OEM's after that experience. Same goes for the oem studs to hold them on, screw that stage 8 pita stuff.

I got OEM ones. I now have everything I need to install them. New gaskets for the collectors, stainless flange nuts, flanges for the pipe coming from the header. I got the stock collector pipes.
